The Installation Process

Bathrooms & Wetrooms fully engages with its customers from initial enquiry through to completed installation. We listen to your needs, and work hard to identify solutions to constraints. Our designs following home visits encompass tiling, storage, accessories and fittings. Our style is modern, exciting, and one that fully explores all that modern technologies offer.

We offer honest and reliable advice ensuring that the quality of our guidance matches the quality of the products featured in our designs. As well as talking about the benefits of each product we ensure our customers understand the installation methods we will be using. A quality installation is as important as the right choice of product.

As soon as the room design with its components have been agreed and confirmed we give customers a comprehensive list of the products and materials chosen. At the same time we discuss and agree any special needs and features, perhaps concerning build requirements, which are subsequently sent in writing to the customer alongside a general description of the Bathrooms & Wetrooms installation service.

These details form the basis of a comprehensive set of installation notes and instructions which include copies of the same design images produced from the computer aided design process to enable the fitting team to fulfil the installation exactly as the customer wishes and expects.

Our aim is to ensure there is no room for misunderstanding between the designer, customer and installer and that the finished room matches fully our design.

During the fit process the customer will be asked to select the precise positioning of shower valves, heights of mirrors and cabinets and the place for the accessories chosen, such as toilet roll holders, robe hooks, soap dispensers etc.

Installation work is monitored throughout the fit process by our customer liaison manager whose job is to ensure the installation follows the plans agreed and to help solve any unforeseen issues that arise.
