Tailored and bespoke designs form the first essential step in the mutually satisfactory journey towards fulfilling customers’ dreams and aspirations. The design process.

The process starts with a home visit by our chief designer and specifier to survey the room or rooms and take measurements. We pay particular attention to the position of water pipes, the water pressure and drainage.

We check the water heating system to ensure the taps, showers and bath-fillers we may recommend matches the existing water system. A check of the home’s electricity system ensures any new work will be compatible and that it meets current regulations. Finally, the waste water arrangements are identified as they may define our scope for level showers and concealed cisterns. Photographs of the room in its current state are taken both for future reference and to alert the fitting team to any unique features.

The home visit and survey gives us an opportunity to discuss our customer’s requirements for the new room and a feel for their vision of how the room should look and feel. We advise and guide where possible using our wealth of expertise, bringing fresh design ideas from our own experience, from brand manufacturers and current trends.

From basic sketches made during the survey, our design team begins to formulate room layouts and design concepts to create a new bespoke design. In our showroom we use the very latest computer aided design software, which has been pre-loaded with product images from our key manufacturers and suppliers. This allows us to place the exact product in the exact room location and so ensure its suitability and fit within the overall design.

On screen we can tile the room using templates or create a bespoke tiling pattern. The room is lit and dressed xcatly as the finished room will be.

The computer designs are converted into photographic quality images - to see examples hover over the images to the right.

Bathrooms & Wetrooms always strive to deliver stunning designs utilising space, light, modern high quality products and common sense. Even where common sense dictates that our scope for major room change is limited, we turn a plain room into a stunning room.

Our showroom, which now spans over 5000 sq ft, contains tasteful fully tiled displays of products from Europe’s leading designers and manufacturers. We have been designated as specialist dealers for almost all of our key brands.

Our technical area with cut-away sections of products allows us to demonstrate the “hidden” components that form part of our stunning designs, including working wetrooms, concealed cisterns with wall hung toilets and digital showers. Many of these products are exclusive to Bathrooms & Wetroom on the Wirral.

We pride ourselves on being one of the finest showrooms in Merseyside. We install over 150 rooms per year using seven teams of installers. Our attention to detail and professional but friendly approach is un rivaled.
